9 sings that you need positioning work

1. You have been in business for several years, you deliver fantastic results to clients, and yet you are still regularly asked "so what exactly do you do?" That question (and your hesitation to answer it) is not a marketing problem. It is a classic positioning problem.

2. Every time you sit down to create a new offer, you start from zero. You don't know what to launch. You oscillate between packaging your own revelations into a teaching, following what your mentor suggested, and chasing what appears to be in demand. There is no through-line because there is no anchoring clarity about what you actually stand for and what tangible value you are best positioned to bring to marketplace.

3. You are trying to speak to several completely different audiences simultaneously (e.g. targeting both a corporate executive and a struggling solopreneur) - and your marketing reaches neither. You cannot choose because you haven't decided who you are.

4. You have rewritten your Instagram bio three times this month and you are still not satisfied. No job title, descriptor, or combination of words adequately captures what you do or who you are.
