To be deeply seen and truly understood, without handholding or 5-step frameworks that flatten your reality.
To unlock what is really going on beneath the surface of your situation: the root causes, the patterns, the things that you feel but have not yet been able to articulate.
To get unequivocally clear on what is true, so that you can make decisions you can fully stand behind.
To close the gap between who you are becoming and how you are showing up.

My approach
I work with leaders, founders, business owners, executives and professionals who want to be supported as they move through periods of reinvention, complexity, and transformation.
My clients are deep people, original thinkers, high agency individuals - brilliant, intellectually sharp, gifted, often sensitive and neurodivergent. They are looking for support that does justice to their sophistication, their multidimensionality, their vision and their level of self-awareness.
In over a decade of coaching practice, my clients have included coaches, therapists, consultants, designers, artists, founders, executives, and CEOs.
On the surface, their lives and work looked very different.
What they all shared was a desire to live meaningful lives, do purposeful work, and build in a way that felt deeply aligned with their essence and values.
People hire me not for pre-defined results, but for the quality of my thinking, the precision with which I name what I see, and the way I illuminate root-level causes of challenging situations.
My role is to be your adviser, thinking partner and confidante - mirroring what is true, noticing what is unspoken, pointing out blind spots, naming possible solutions, and helping you make the best decisions for you.
This work sits at the intersection of leadership development, strategy, ontological coaching and deep inquiry. Depending on your situation, our conversations may touch business, career, identity, purpose, decision-making, or self-mastery. The focus is never the category of the problem, but the truth beneath it and the quality of attention we bring to it.
What shifts when you work with me
Clients come in sensing that something is no longer working but without full clarity on what comes next. They leave knowing what is actually true about who they are, what they stand for, and what they are building and why.
Along the way, something shifts at the foundational level.
You stop making decisions from fear, habit, or the expectations of others and start making them from genuine conviction. You can look at a hard situation clearly, identify what is actually at the root of it, and act from that understanding rather than from reaction or avoidance.
You find yourself living with more integrity - a felt alignment between who you are on the inside and how you show up in your work, leadership, and relationships.
You become more courageous. The challenges may still be there, but you trust yourself to meet them. You stop running from hard conversations, hard decisions, hard seasons. You develop the capacity to stay present with complexity without spiraling. You become more grounded, centered, and mature.
And underneath all of it is a recovered sense of meaning and direction.
The gap between the inner and the outer closes, bringing peace and relief.
The logistics
The 1:1 advisory container is typically 3 months long (6 months option available).
During this time, we will have 60 min coaching sessions every other week (7 in total).
You will be able to access me on Telegram Tuesday through Thursday for questions, reflections, and decisions that cannot wait.
Relevant resources and materials from my library will be provided as necessary.
Investment: €4,000 for 3 months or €7,500 for 6 months.
Payment plans can be arranged upon request. Reduced rates are available for clients based in South Africa to reflect differences in local purchasing power.
