About Violetta
I am a leadership coach, business strategist, speaker and writer.
Russian-born, European-formed, at home in South Africa.
With a PhD in cross-cultural complex project management, 10,000 hours of facilitation experience and 15 years spent coaching, consulting, and teaching across four continents, my edge is diagnostic intelligence - the ability to see patterns and people clearly, make the hidden architecture of situations obvious, and solve problems at a structural level.
My entire professional career has been in coaching and leadership development - first as the youngest Lead Trainer at an international ICF-accredited coaching school, then as an independent practitioner and business owner.
Through my work in UNDENIABLE and writing on Substack, I aim to challenge surface-level personal development advice, rewrite conventional coaching industry narratives, and help purpose-driven leaders carve a new way forward.

My role is to be your advisor, thinking partner and confidante - mirroring what is true, noticing what is unspoken, pointing out blind spots, naming possible solutions, and helping you make the best decisions for you.
